Yarrawonga Olympic Distance- Trifitness's dynamic husband and wife duo, Dave and Karin Limon along with another stalwart Gareth "Garfy" Jones made the road trip north to Yarrawonga and came home with some nice little results, with PBs to Dave (2.26) and Garfy (2.32) and a very tidy 2.45 from Karin only 2 weeks into her program for Geelong long course....  Also a shout out to one of our remotely coached athletes Rod Steer who went 2.21 in his first triathlon ever, great stuff!!

Round the Bay - Congrats to Darren Skipper finishing Around the Bay in a day on Sunday. We hear Dazzla did make a special note to self on how he was feeling as 180kms went by on the dial..... knowing in under 5 months he will have a marathon to run afterwards!

Mandurah 70.3 - Matty Hosken ventured west to the 70.3 race and came home with a massive PB after going 4.30 and a spot to the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Vegas next year.  Congratulations Matty!!
