At Tri Fitness we offer a flexible range of training options to cater for your individual needs. Depending on your lifestyle, work commitments, fitness goals and aspirations we are bound to provide a program that suits you.
We pride ourselves on our quality of service and effectively monitor your participation as you train.
At our group sessions, our client to coach ratio is approximately 15:1 to ensure that we are able to offer the quality of service each member deserves.
Individual programs and / or coaching is available and tailored to meet your needs.
Group Training Options
Running Membership: $18 per week ($78 monthly)
This membership allows you to attend the 2 structured run sessions on a weekly basis.
Swimming Membership: $35 per week ($152 monthly)
This membership allows you to attend the 3 structured swim sessions on a weekly basis.
Triathlon Membership: $45 per week ($195 monthly)
This membership allows you to attend the 7 of the 8 structured sessions each week; 3 x swimming sessions; 2 x running sessions; 1 x spin session (must choose one of the two); 1 x core session.
One-on-one sessions - $80 each / $700 for 10 sessions
1hr private coaching sessions in swim, bike or run disciplines.
Individual Training Programs: $300 for 6 weeks.
($180 for 6 week training programs for current course members)
Individual programs are written in 6 week blocks with each session tailored for your specific needs and goals. Our training programs are written after consultation and require regular weekly feedback by the participant to ensure session requirements and goals are being monitored and met.
