24th May 2012

Afternoon all!

We hope you are having a great week!

1. Racing News

Congratulations to Steve Brydon, who ran the Great Ocean Road Marathon last weekend! A stunning 27min PB! (4hrs 13mins). Congratulations also to his wife Leanne who ran the ½ marathon on the same day!

Whilst Steve and Leanne were ripping up the shores of the Victorian Coast line, Seb Hales who is currently living and working in China raced the Nanjing triathlon last weekend. The message from Seb was he had “a crap swim and was realty annoyed so he drilled himself on the bike and then ran as hard as he could on the run!” Must not have been too bad… He won! Congrats also to Seb as he continues to get ready for IM UK.

Speaking of racing news does Ringside News count? Good luck tomorrow night as Johnny, “Van the Man Wisse” goes head to head in what is sure to be bigger than the Thriller in Manilla! Were in your corner Van!!
