Tri Fit KidsTri Fit kids is an energetic, fitness based program targeted at school age children. The program is designed to maximise involvement for students of all fitness levels, through exciting and motivating activities in a fun and inspiring environment. Tri Fit Kids uses triathlon inspired fitness components to:* Test and assess students on an individual basis * Encourage ownership of working to improve personal fitness and skill level * Teach students how to monitor and maintain a healthy level of fitness * Educate about the importance of good nutrition * Motivate and inspire a positive approach to good health for life!
What we offerPrograms can be tailored to meet your schools individual needs and can incorporate as many or as few of our specialised classes. - Our basic program runs anywhere from a single 60 minute session through to a Term's length course (usually based on 1 session per week) - We offer sessions based purely around Fitness Core strenth and development Yoga or a combination including some or all of our Specialised sessions; Swimming (dependent on pool availabilty) Running Cycling Transition training
