At Tri Fitness we offer three flexible training options to cater for your individual needs. Depending on your lifestyle, work commitments, fitness goals and aspirations we are bound to provide a membership option or program that suits you!

At our group sessions, our coach to client ratio is approximately 1:20 to ensure that we are able to offer the quality of service each member deserves.

Individual programs and / or coaching is available and tailored to meet your needs.

Training Options

Triathlon Membership: $45 per week ($195 monthly)

This membership allows you to attend all 7 structured group training sessions each week;

- 3 x swimming sessions; 2 x running sessions; 2 x spin sessions.

Performance Membership: $85 per week ($365 monthly)

Take your performance to the next level with a fully individualised written program* from one of our head coaches and the freedom to attend all 7 structured group training sessions each week;

- 3 x swimming sessions; 2 x running sessions; 2 x spin sessions.

Program only Membership: $50 per week ($235 monthly)

Not able to get to group sessions? - We also write fully individualised programs* written from one of our head coaches written in 6 week blocks and tailored to your individual needs.

*Please note all programs require an initial consultation and regular weekly feedback from you to ensure your goals and requirements are being monitored.
