Who are we?

  • Tri Fitness is a training group based in the inner South East of Melbourne that utilise the disciplines of swimming, cycling and running. “Fitness with a triathlon flavour!”
  • Our members join us for a variety of reasons - improve fitness; lose weight; increase motivation; improve athletic performance & compete in running, swimming, cycling and triathlon events to name a few!
  •  Our coaches are highly experienced, fully qualified and all ex or current elite athletes.
  •  We pride ourselves on creating a fun, supportive and challenging environment, specialize in getting beginners started in triathlon.

  • At Tri Fitness we believe that regardless of age, ability or fitness level, it is never too late to improve your health, fitness and vitality.
  • Our program encompasses a range of running, swimming, cycling and core based activities, in a friendly and supportive environment.
  • Our training options are designed to optimise an individual’s focus and motivation using challenging, varied and targeted programs. By keeping sessions fun and interesting, we aim to provide a greater sense of enjoyment and achievement.
  • We train 52 weeks of the year, so your can join us at any time!
